What this does: uploads a new PNG that overwrites the existing file while keeping the same filename. Any live Bannerflow campaign already using this asset will immediately render the new image.
When to use: only when an existing asset needs a visual update (e.g. a team launches a new shirt design). The team name and variant must remain the same.
Do NOT use this to add a new team, fix a typo in a name, or change variant. Use the regular Upload flow for those cases.
